Here at Savingforcollege.com we’re always working to bring you better, more relevant services for your college savings business. Oftentimes you just need a summary of a 529 plan to go over the basics with partners, clients, family members, or other college savings stakeholders. To that end, we are pleased to introduce the new PDF Reports, which summarize the most important aspects of a 529 plan at a high level.
Where can I get it?
On the top-right of the Plan Details and Investment Options pages you will see a link to access the PDF Report tool, which is only available to Premium Subscribers (if you don't have a subscription you can sign up here). Click the PDF Report link and select the appropriate portfolio type and share class for your plan. A report will be generated for the respective plan and you can choose to either download to a designated location or open in your default pdf viewer.
What’s in the report?
In the report you’ll find a plan summary, 5-cap ratings, and information on investment options, taxes, contributions, fees & expenses, plan contact information, and performance for the underlying portfolios. These will serve as a great place to start a conversation that hits on the most important topics that need to be addressed when selecting a plan.
We at Savingforcollege.com hope you find these reports useful! If you have any questions or feedback, don’t hesitate to contact us.
